We tried selling our home at a time when the seller’s market began to decline due to rising mortgage rates. Justin did a realistic assessment of our home to determine a fair price. Cindy and Justin were great with the staging recommendations and arrangements and the photos (attached below) did attract a lot of visitors. Most visitors acknowledged that they liked the home. While the home sale took about two months, ours was the only home that received two offers from among five homes listed at about the same time in our community. We’re so happy our home could sell, and thank this team for making the sale seamless.

Justin’s team was super responsive and helpful in helping us find the right single-family home. Justin worked with us to clearly understand our requirements and priorities. We had heard good things about the Kerby & Cristina team, but it wasn't until the first meeting with our realtor, Jeremy Nelson, where we fully understood the service we would get in selling our Eagan, Minnesota, home. 1st time buyer. Sean was an amazing realtor. He showed me A LOT of homes and I can only imagine how tired he was of organizing house tours. But, to my surprise he encouraged patience. He said his goal is to find me a home I will love and he hates to hear when clients didn't like the home they bought. He also does a lot of work behind the scenes in negotiating and making sure closing goes smoothly. He knows a lot and has a lot of experience. He is always happy to answer questions or give his opinion of you ask him for it. But he will not push it on you. Great Realtor and company. I would recommend.

Darisha is extremely patient, very knowledgeable and professional.
She was available to view homes on both weekends and weekdays.

A few things I picked up in working with her was her ability to point out tiny details + things that you may miss when touring a home - its great because you get to think about whether that little detail will positively or adversely affect your experience living in that home. If there were things we considered fixing she definitely had an idea of what the cost would be + offered her opinion on whether it was worth it to fix or better to keep looking. After our first conversation, She tailored our search to showings that fit the criteria. Not one home we saw was a waste of time, and that's important!
We never felt pressured or rushed and when the time came to negotiate, she made sure we got a very good deal!

We are now in our forever home and our experience getting here was seamless. Thank you Darisha!

He is very ethical, knowledgeable, provided good and wise advice in all instances. He called us back quickly and promptly even at odd hours. This is our second home search with Chia Moua and our goal was to find our forever home this time. We were very picky this time around and it took us a few months to find what we were looking for, but Chia was patient and always willing to show us comps and research any questions we had on properties. When it came to the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home it was an exhausting 2 weeks, but I could not be happier with the outcome of both sales. Having an infant while trying to move is very stressful, but everything was laid out perfectly on what we needed to do both of the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home that it ended up being a seamless transition. We were impressed with Sean from our first meeting at our home. We had purchased a new construction home that would not be done for 7 months and were nervous about when to list our current home. Sean came well prepared and showed us what homes in our area were selling for and what we could get for our home....as well as the best time to list. He had an action plan on how to get us the most interest and ultimately the most money for our home. We listed 4 months later (after a stager and photographer came in and helped us make our home look fantastic). We ended up getting 5 offers over asking price in the first 48 hours. I greatly enjoy working with Sarah Brown! She has helped me sell my condo in Little Canada, a condo that I inherited in Rochester, and to purchase my townhouse in Brooklyn Park. She has been so helpful and professional with each transaction!

Unfortunately, due to a water leak, the condo in Rochester sustained significant damage, and the repairs took a long time. Although it was frustrating at times, Sarah helped me through the process. Once the condo was repaired this spring, she quickly listed the property. Within just a few hours we had several viewings, and 3 offers. I'm happy to report that the closing was earlier this week, and I received more than the asking price!

When it came to purchasing my townhouse in 2019, I didn't have a good understanding of what was available in my price range. Jeremy Nelson reached out to us after we had done some new home searches online as well as a few other realtors. He gave us lots of information and ideas on areas we might be interested in checking out for homes. He really listened to our check lists of specific features we were looking for in home location and must haves in our new home. We have 2 dogs and one is a runner, so we had to find an area that allowed fencing. We also needed a lot large enough for a 3 car garage, and wanted to be close to our family. We set up a time a month later at our request to tour some homes with different builders and locations. He really nailed it with the homes he chose for us to view. We ended up finding a builder that we wanted to work with that day.
Jeremy helped us through the whole process of working with the builder to find a lot and style of home. He helped us with any questions about purchase agreements, timelines and any other questions we had. Jeremy met us at the home a few times while it was being built and got answers from the builder about any issues that came up with the building process.
Jeremy is one of the main reasons for this whole experience being so positive for us.

I would like to share my experience working with Kirby and Christina real estate but especially Chia my realtor. This was my first time buying a house So I did not know what to expect when I was buying my first house. I did not know there was a lot that had to be done in buying a home. There was bumps in the road during this buy, and Chia worked her tail off behind the scenes and I really appreciate it. I did not think this deal was going to go down. But because of Chia in her experience, and what she does, I can tell she takes her job very seriously and I am so glad that she was my realtor for buying my first house. We are very impressed with the overall experience from Kerby and Cristina Real Estate. We were looking for a property in the Twin Cities area, but live out of state. We placed a simple request to speak with an agent on a Zillow listing and received a call within 10 minutes. The next day we had a real estate agent (David Lee) assigned to work with us and were being shown houses via zoom in under 24 hours.

David worked within our schedule and was very flexible and professional. When a conflict arose he worked behind the scenes to find someone else to manage the showing. He communicated promptly via mobile text and email, greatly simplifying our complex situation being out of state. He also paid close attention to our specific wants/needs and started bringing a tape measure to each showing and hitting our key points right away.

From our first contact to closing on a house was only 6 weeks. We would highly recommend Kerby and Cristina's group (and our new friend David) for real estate in the Twin Cities.

My wife and I began this process with only one thing in mind: we knew it was time to move into our forever home. As first-time home buyers, the indecisiveness was extreme: maybe we can settle into a bigger townhouse for now? Or leap and just get a house? Wait. My wife was ready to wait out the move until one-day Kerby & Christina - Real Estate Experts showed up in our search and meeting was scheduled to meet David Lee. In summary, he was the answer to the checklist and the end to our stress. His professionalism, dedication and more importantly his honesty and integrity made the almost-five months a breeze. I have to say, my wife was very particular about what she wanted in our home and it was very important to me that it was seen through. I always joked with her saying, we are never going to find an agent and even if we do, he might just quit on us after hearing our demands. Well, David proved my poor joke wrong! We Needed A House FAST!

My dear friends wanted to move back to Minnesota to buy their 1st house due to a new job. So they flew in for a less than a week and we began hunting for a house. The market was really *hot* right and houses were moving quickly. By the 3rd day of driving by properties, I knew we needed help. Not just average help, serious help - someone that could really make this happen fast!

I called Jessica Stephan (Kerby and Cristina Real Estate) around 7 pm on the 3rd day and explained our situation. By that evening she'd already connected with my friends to understand their needs, found pre-listed houses, and set up tours for the next two days! A day later she was helping them create an offer on a house they loved and it was accepted the morning they flew home! Words cannot explain how happy we all were and how much stress it removed for them to know that in a couple months they're moving into their new home!

We got job offer to move to California in September. Imagine selling a 3,500 sqft and one of the most expensive home in the neighborhood in Oct/November Minnesota winter. I happened coincidentally upon Kerby & Cristina 2 1/2 years ago in my search for my first home. I immediately fell in love with them as a team upon my first meeting with them.
