This is the second time we used Keri White to sell our current home and buy a new one. Just like last time, she and her amazing team (we worked especially closely with Beverly, who is a gem!) pulled off nothing short of a miracle with the timing.

We found a house we loved - the only house we were willing to move for! - but it seemed next to impossible that we'd be able to sell our current house in time to make it work. Keri sold our house after just TWO open house weekends, all while managing our offer on the new property to make sure everything aligned. And it did align, perfectly!

I recommend Keri to everyone who is considering buying and/or selling a home in L.A. She's incredibly knowledgable, well connected, responsive, and no matter how crazy things get behind the scenes she makes sure that you as the client never feel an ounce of that craziness. My wife and I have known Keri White for quite a while. We frequently watch the KeriTv episodes, and follow along with occasional social media posts. So when it came time to sell our home it was a no brainer. What we did not know was just how amazing this experience would be. Keri and her team were incredible.

This was our first experience selling a home. We initially started out thinking that we would just list our home in "as is" condition and see what happens. The market is crazy right?? After consulting with Keri, rambling on about how great our house is, she gave us her honest input. With some initial hesitation, we made the decision to take the advice of the professionals. My husband and I just purchased our first home and we could not have gotten through it without Keri and her excellent team of incredible women! From the moment I reached out to Keri to several weeks AFTER we closed, her team was there every step of the way.

We were first time buyers so there was a lot to learn about and get acclimated with the home buying process. We initially used Redfin to view various properties, but ended up contacting Keri through a friend's recommendation. She was extremely helpful from the very start with scheduling showings, sending us properties that had yet to be listed and accompanying us on probably over 25 showings throughout our 7 month search process. We had to take a short hiatus due to the arrival of a newborn, but even then, Keri checked in and informed us of any solid home prospects.

After restarting our search, we unexpectedly found a home within a couple weeks and luckily had our offer accepted. From submitting an offer to entering escrow to finally closing escrow, Keri and her team made sure everything went smoothly between the seller, lender and us. This is our 4th transaction with Keri, and there is a reason we keep coming back! This was by far, our most challenging transaction ever as it became a double-contingent sale!

Our family outgrew our home, and we were looking to buy in a very specific area. We casually looked around and saw a house we liked. That week, Keri had our house in perfect condition, had professional photos/video taken, up on the MLS in a few days, and open houses scheduled. We got a solid offer and a backup offer secured. After submitting a few offers in a very competitive market, we stumbled upon another home that was perfect for our family in an even better location. After putting in a strong offer, we received a counter back with their own contingency to sell!

There were MANY stressful weeks of inspections, changing COE dates, changing rent back days multiple times, dealing with VA loans on the selling side, and many colorful personalities. However, we finally closed escrow on our sale and closed escrow on our dream home. We thought we would never make it past the finish line, but Keri made it happen!

It takes so much trust, communication, and transparency between buyers and their agent. There were so many moments of doubt and anxiety during this arduous process, but Keri always assured us. She laid everything out of the table for us (with visual graphs!) and went over all our options. She even stayed in touch while out of the country on her honeymoon! I have met my fair share of agents. It seems that these days, every agent just sees those dollar signs, but Keri truly cares for her clients. She is invested, and you can see how much she loves her job and making her clients happy. I cannot say enough good things about her. In Keri, we trust!

Keri is great! Before I even looked at a condo, she met me for a coffee close to where I lived and walked me through the entire process of buying a home (I was a first-time homebuyer) and then emailed me a PDF laying it all out in one document. Once we got started, she either accompanied me to a showing or, if I went to an Open House on my own, she'd call me after to see how it went. She never pressured me to put an offer on a place I was lukewarm about or to offer more money than what I wanted. The entire process took about 6-7 months (midway through, I went from looking for 2bed/2baths to 1bed/2baths) and she never lost steam or appeared to be frustrated with my particularity. In the end, we found the perfect place together and, after some back-and-forth, got the seller to come done $25K from what she was initially asking.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home in Playa Del Rey from Keri White, who is the best agent, hands down! Searching for and purchasing a home can be an incredibly stressful ordeal, especially in this competitive environment. Keri made the process as seamless as possible. She was quick (this girl is never NOT on her ipad or iphone!), efficient, realistic, and caring towards exactly what we needed. She never showed us anything that was over our price range (as requested) or anything that we would not like. I have heard some stories of agents pushing homes that are way over price range, and that never ends well. Oftentimes, she would check out a new listing personally beforehand, and take pictures to let us know if it was even worth checking out. This eliminated so much wasted time as buyers, and it was much appreciated. When we actually decided to make an offer, she guided us to quickly make the correct offer. Our family had purchased a townhouse in Playa Del Rey in early 2013 with Keri. We absolutely loved our home, but were looking to grow our family with another bedroom. My husband and I had been casually looking for a single family home in Playa Del Rey/Westchester just to see what was out there. I found a house that I just had to have and gave Keri a call with a major time crunch. She had to put our house on the market and sell it, and get us into this new house with our contingency. And she had to do it in this crazy market! It was a stressful process in all ways. We had to pack up our current house, stage it with professional pictures, and get it on the market to show the new owners of our dream home. All I have to say is WOW Kerri was amazing.. I would give this agent 20 stars if I could. She pays attention to the things you are looking for, and your price range and area - and actively searches for homes that will fit you. She was never pushy, or sales-y. Instead she was patient and ready to help.
