Kerri is outstanding! Helped my mother buy her dream patio home and sold her house in a matter of days. At her age these transactions can be very stressful and Kerri’s hard work negated these issues. My husband and I recently looked for a new home in the Columbia (SC) area. We were looking from out-of-state which was kind of difficult as we were not very familiar with the area.

We contacted Kerri and Thomas Drafts, and explained to them what we were looking for. We met with them in Columbia and they spent an entire afternoon showing us different neighborhoods.

One time, we saw a couple properties on line which we thought might meet our needs. We called Kerri. She and Thomas were quick to go to the properties, and measured rooms for us to see if the size would work for our furniture. They also did a video conference to show us the homes.

Kerri and Thomas were just delightful to work with. They were kind and extremely helpful. They definitely went above and beyond our expectations.

As many of our close friends and family know, house hunting was not an easy process for us is this housing market. We searched for 10 months with the help of family and friends.
