A ten star experience! Kerry and her team assisted us in buying a downsized townhome and selling our house within short time frames for both. First of all, we would never have been able to purchase the dream townhome without Kerry’s involvement. Months after we told her what we wanted, she contacted us that finally, a unit came up for sale. We viewed it the same day, made an offer the next day, and it was accepted the 3rd day. Only because of her knowledge of what to put in the offer did we prevail over other offers. I will be forever grateful.

Next, she and her team absolutely earned their commission in the sale process of our home. We were guided by a consultant to stage our house, terrific professional photos were posted to list it, and much assistance was provided throughout the process, above and beyond our expectations. We had a complicated delay in the closing process and Kerry and Angie were there every step to help us. When the buyers’ inspector unexpectedly determined a new roof was needed, Kerry immediately called three roofing companies to inspect and provide bids. We did nothing! One of those companies - Rock Management Group got our business and working with them was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Kerry also made other recommendations we utilized, saving us money. Going to the Ellison group for all your real estate needs will be one of the best choices you can make.
