Kerry facilitated a very successful, cross-country home search for us!! Over the course of seven months, Kerry helped us narrow our three-county search to find the right town for us, facilitating in person tours over several weekends as well as well as many Zoom tours. Kerry was super responsive to our many texts/calls/emails, and she was proactive in reaching out as soon as she learned of homes that met our specs. In every regard Kerry was a consummate professional and rockstar advisor. My story is 6 months of unwanted burden, insecurity and confusion. While I’m not claiming that Kerry will be your therapist and friend what I am stating is that at no point did I feel embarrassed or pressured from her as she continually went above and beyond to help my family navigate this experience. She was very reassuring and understanding at every unfortunate delay and development. Further more, she always had recommendations and connections ready for every unexpected situation.

Her outstanding performance in readying the house, my family and presenting our home should be what means most to me. Not to understate how much that means to me what I truly am most grateful for is her patience and fortitude. I promised her timeline after timeline but every time a deadline passed with no end site, Kerry had NOTHING negative or pushy to say. She was just constantly at the ready for me with whatever I needed.

Kerry will do what you ask her but I can’t emphasize it enough, she is worth trusting. Ask her advice and listen. She really, really knows her industry.

Kerry was an incredible realtor and advocate for us during our housing search. She was extremely professional, speedy, and on top of many complicated factors in our closing. One of the reasons that she is so good at her job is that she knows construction fairly well and was able to help us recognize issues when touring houses. My friend put me in contact with Kerry when my previous contract fell through. Immediately it was a different vibe and we got off on the right start and I could just tell that she was going to make this happen. Simply put, Kerry is incredible. As first time home buyers, we had SO many questions, had no clue of the many processes, and honestly had no idea where to start.
