As a real estate investor for over 28 years now, Kerry Ramage has been by far the best Agent I have had the privilege of working with. I have been working with Kerry for the last 10 years. The best of the best!! There's a reason Kerry is so loved by all!! She is fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, humble, down to earth and great at her job! She truly cares about you and your search for a home. Even if you're picky! She's not pushy, never rushes you, and listens to all you have to say and answers all of your questions. If you ask her something by chance she doesn't know, she sure as he'll gets back with you asap. It was a pleasure buying our first home with Kerry as our realtor. We also worked with Norma, Ellis and Barbara from her office, and all who we were helped by were the same temperament and style of warmth as Kerry. When I first met Kerry, I was by myself with my twin 1 year olds and forgot my stroller. She immediately offered to hold one of them! Kerry is the absolute best! Kerry went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from her as my listing agent. I can’t even list all she did. I will just say she made the process as easy and stress free for me as possible. I have dogs so during the inspection period and other times someone needed to come to my place to fix something she always volunteered to be there so I wouldn’t have to miss work. During the selling process another realtor showing the place got me locked out because she locked an extra lock that wasn’t suppose to be. Kerry called a locksmith and took care of all of it. Seriously so many things happened where she stepped in last minute to make my life easier. Selling a place can be stressful and there were multiple issues during my sale but every time Kerry put me at ease and did whatever she needed to do to get it done and not put any burden on me. Kerry Ramage is the absolute best.

Sold me my house, sold me my sister's house. Kerry was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the market and the houses, and wrote contracts in such a way that was most beneficial. Later, when I needed contractors for the house, she helped me out with that too (even helped the sellers with contractors). Will work with again!

Great͏ Experience--Recommend in all ways!
Kerry͏ was the best- patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the local market. We were purchasing a second home and much of our search was remote. She offered great advice, conducted remote walkthroughs for us, and was patient when we changed exactly what we were looking for. Any time we were in town she set up walkthroughs of potential places. In the hectic final push towards closing she was a huge asset and provided great support. We would definitely work with her again in a heartbeat!

Kerry Ramage Is The Best
Kerry is incredibly knowledgeable of the market and area, extremely calm under any pressure, and is always available to answer questions or help guide you along the way. There was never a moment that I was not able to text or call and get clear answers to any and all of my sometimes random questions. I have had the pleasure of using her skills multiple times, so when dealing with real estate in Florida, she is the only person I will ever use or recommend.

Many stressful things can happen when buying or selling a home. So when your realtor is calm and 5 steps ahead of anything that comes up, it makes the world of a difference. There is no better choice than Kerry Ramage!
