Kerry really went out of her way to help me during my property search and AFTER my purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better a better buying experience especially since I was researching and viewing properties from overseas. She genuinely cares about her clients and I never got the feeling that she wanted me to purchase a much more expensive property, which I could have afforded. If you are serious about finding your perfect home, Kerry Santiago will get the job done! She is so good at listening to what you are looking for and tireless in the hunt. Kerry has every resource at hand to find an amazing fit. Kerry was our savior. We purchased our home from out of state. She was lightning fast in a crazy market, often getting the first showing on new homes. She gave us honest reviews of the homes she took us through on video conference. The good and the bad; things that we couldn't have seen, being several states away. Kerry helped us navigate making offers during a time when people are offering to waive inspections, pay thousands over appraisal, and sell their first child. I trusted Kerry to keep us from making a huge financial mistake. And when our sale had more complications than anyone could have imagined, Kerry singlehandedly saved the sale. I'm honestly terrified of buying another home in the future without Kerry. She went above and beyond and never made us feel like a bother.

Kerry made purchasing our home easy. I called her Friday morning and we were under contract for our new home by Sunday evening. Her contacts and guidance were invaluable. We used one of her recommendations to get our mortgage. I wasn’t able to find a better rate even after shopping around. The home inspector we used was also someone she recommended. I felt he was thorough and knowledgeable. I didn’t expect the sellers to make many concessions in the current market, but Kerry was able to negotiate some of the closing costs, roof repairs, and electrical repairs. We enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to others.

If I could give more stars, I would! Kerry is a fantastic human being which carries over into her field. It seems there isn’t a corner that Covid hasn’t touched as was proven when we began looking for a house at the beginning of the year. It was a crazy market for buyers. And to top it off, ours was a military move. We were purchasing from out of state. This didn’t stop Kerry. She did everything from: finding houses to our exact need, driving from house to house to FaceTime tours for us, taking videos of the areas around the neighborhoods, giving us details on taxes, utilities, etc. There was never a time where we couldn’t get a hold of her or were waiting for a call back. She is fantastic!

Kerry has been a great real estate agent. I started looking for a home in January 2020, and Kerry stayed with me even as it looked like I wouldn't find a home. Finally in April an opportunity came up and Kerry made time to view the home with me on short notice. I made an offer which was accepted and closed within a month. Kerry was exceptional as a buyer's agent and excelled at all phases of the transction including (1) offer, (2) inspections and appraisals, (3) post-inspection agreement, (4) working with loan officer and (5) closing with the title company. Every real estate transaction is unique and Kerry was able to successfully work with a great variety of different people to actually make the transaction close successfully. She has both kindness and tact which really help.

Simply put... Kerry helped me into my dream home. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient at all times and really helped me to get the most bang for my buck. I must have called her a thousand times day and night, and, although I know she was always busy, she always made time to answer all of my questions. And when tornado damage threatened the deal, she was right there beside us in gloves cleaning up debris off the property. Kerry is amazing and the process really couldn't have gone any smoother.
