Washington, DC - Sheridan provided a complete portfolio of corporate real estate services for a diversified client base to meet building owners, office space objectives for over ten years. Objectives included providing criteria analysis and definition; identification/establishment of critical path; response to RFPs/business development opportunities; cost analysis; lease term formation and negotiations; design and construction coordination; relocation assistance; and various post-transaction services.


Sheridan also worked for the American Red Cross National Headquarters, for over five years, initiating and expanding relations with corporations bringing value to the blood program by increasing blood donations, financial contributions and visibility. Sheridan developed, produced and delivered year round marketing programs for the 37 community-based blood service regions.


Sheridan, her husband, and young son relocated to the Shenandoah Valley full-time in August 2000. The family has been traveling to the Valley for years and finally accomplished their dream of owning a full-time household in Woodstock, VA. Both the beauty of the Valley and the county's atmosphere, culture and sense of community lured them. They are most pleased that their son , Grant, will be growing up in the simplicity of country life.
