Kesia is a true local, having grown up in Lakewood and attending college at MSU Denver. She loves trying new restaurants and coffee shops, shopping at local boutiques, roller skating at Washington park, biking on our expansive trail systems, & heading up to the mountains for R&R. She loves living in Historic Olde Town Arvada with her partner Brian and spunky Great Dane, Luna.

What sets Kesia apart is her vivacious personality, and genuine passion for people. She has an extensive background in hospitality in restaurant management and finds joy in making connections, providing education, solving problems quickly and efficiently, and helping people achieve their goals. When she first got licensed she had the opportunity to partner with a seasoned investor which allowed her to quickly gain a lot of hands on experience with buying and selling investment properties, evaluating rental portfolios, assessing ARV for distressed properties and much more.
