An Oakland native, Keven has lived all over California. Attending 17 schools while growing up connected him to people from all walks of life and forced him to learn how to quickly make friends. But traditional schooling was never his wheelhouse; his education in personal development, sales, and real-life experiences shaped him into the agent he is today.
Keven got his start in the business by selling real estate coaching programs for The Mike Ferry Organization and transitioned to the sales side in 2004. After huge successes in the industry — he sold 135 homes in his first three years — Keven paused his real estate career and pursued life coaching until his mentor helped him realize that combining real estate with his love for skateboarding, art, and fashion might change his perspective. Keven gave the industry another tries, and he hasn’t looked back since.
In 2012, Keven launched KASE Real Estate, using his artistic understanding to initially serve an eclectic roster of VIP clients, including professional skateboarders, streetwear designers, and award-winning artists. He has since expanded his clientele and specializes in cultivating mid-century modern, contemporary, and architectural homes for discerning clients who desire exceptional properties. A natural coach and leader, Keven believes that self-development is infinite, and he motivates his team to maintain a positive mindset while guiding them in the essentials of trend analysis and negotiation techniques.
Family is extremely important to Keven, and he purchased his grandfather’s home to help preserve his family’s legacy. He lives with his wife, Alana, and five children in Costa Mesa.
