I am Kevin James Bond, REALTOR® since 2016 with REMAX Real Estate Group. I help people buy and sell homes in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas, including Monument, Manitou Springs, Peyton, Fountain, Denver, Pueblo, and Pueblo West. Because I keep my business personal and hands-on, home buyer and seller clients always work directly with me, not another team member. I also hold both an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification.
