About Kevin

Kevin brings integrity, energy, hard work, and creativity to every aspect of a real estate transaction. He started his career in 2007 as a New Home Specialist with a nationwide builder, earning the New Home Specialist of the Year award in 2009 through dedication, education, and training. In 2011, he obtained his broker’s license and launched Sherwood Realty. After more than a decade as its owner and broker, Kevin made the move to Fieldstone Family Real Estate Specialists. Over the past twenty years in the Twin Cities, he has built a successful career representing sellers, buyers, and investors in residential, new construction, and commercial markets. He also holds a B.S. in Marketing from Concordia College, St. Paul.

A devoted family man, Kevin loves spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their teenage children, Caden (18) and Erin (15). Passionate about sports and fitness, the family stays active in Two Rivers High School and Cretin Derham Hall athletics through participation, volunteering, and sponsorship.
