Kevin has held his broker’s license since 1989 and owned many homes of his own since his first home purchase in 1980. He knows from firsthand experience how it feels to be on the buying and selling ends of transactions. A true full-service broker, Kevin embraces new technology and continually upgrades his marketing practices to stay at the forefront of our ever-changing real estate market. His dedication to his craft has motivated him to train and mentor many of his fellow brokers, as well as earn many awards and certifications including Professional Selling Skills (PSS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Staging Professional (CSP), and Certified Short Sale Specialist (CSSS). Outside of work, Kevin is a commercially rated helicopter pilot and enjoys being a mentor for Raisbeck Aviation High School students. He has also coached kids 15 and under in soccer, basketball, and baseball and enjoys travel, boating, and skiing with his wife and two grown sons. I've known Kevin DeLashmutt for about 10 years now. In that time he's helped me buy and sell 4 homes. Kevin is very professionsl; he knows the market and he'll go all out to meet your needs and get you in or out of your home. He's also a really friendly, easy to be with guy - happy, honest and reliable. I highly recommend using Kevin. My friends do now too!

Kevin DeLashmutt is a great real estate expert to work with! We had spent years looking through the market on our own and casually with others before meeting Kevin. We chose him because he was familiar and experienced in dealing with short sales. We didn't know what kind of house we would eventually end up getting, but we were looking for a good value, and we knew if that happened to be a short sale, we would want someone who could push that through. We did not have a rushed timeline, and we had a lot of specific house/location criteria, and Kevin patiently worked with us for months (almost a year). He made himself available for all kinds of house hunting appointments, working around our very busy schedules, going back to houses on occasion a second day when we wanted another look. When we found our house, Kevin was a master at negotiating with the seller and seller's agent. He is very personable and down to earth as well as meticulous with detail. For various reasons, the seller of the home we purchased had listed on and off for many years and had some previous deals fall through. Kevin was good at working with all parties and knew what details to ask for in the final offer and what to let go. I think his trustworthiness and candidness probably helped put both parties at ease and made the final offer/agreement fairly easy. Though we did not end up getting a short sale, Kevin ended up being a perfect fit for our needs because he was so patient, experienced, and meticulous. He helped us get an amazing home at a great value. I'm sure most people working with Kevin will find him to be excellent!

I have had three real estate transactions that Kevin has been involved with. I get straight answers and informed advice and come back because of the service. Kevin looks out for my interests and is good strategically as well as tactical in negotiations. I do recommended to friends to talk to Kevin whether thay have an agent working with them or not to get what I consider unbaised perspective on either the value of their property or one they are looking to purchase. The combination of experience and a good analytical mind combined with common sense are rare in this industry. He has all three qualities and follows through. I highly recommend him.
