Kevin Durfee

Kevin Durfee is a proud Carmel native and graduate of Carmel High School. He began his collegiate studies at Louisiana State University before returning to Indiana to earn his degree in Music Education from Butler University. After graduation, Kevin taught middle and high school band in Perry Township, Indianapolis, for several years. During that time, he met and married his wife and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Music Education.

Kevin’s career path took an exciting turn after relocating to Arizona and then Florida for his wife’s work in the medical field. While living in Florida, Kevin became involved in property leasing and quickly discovered a strong passion for real estate.
Now based in the Indianapolis area, Kevin is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has built a reputation for excellence in the industry. Consistently ranked among the top broker associates for sales in Fishers, he is known for his deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and client-first approach. Kevin is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence, integrity, and personalized service.
Beyond real estate, Kevin remains actively involved in the local arts community as a percussionist with the Indiana Wind Symphony, the Indianapolis Brass Choir, and Fishers Music Works.
