Kevin's patience was amazing during our home buying process. The software he used to screen homes that fit our desires made the process even easier and we never felt pressured. He gave us tips throughout for the buying experience and we could tell he was interested and acknowledged wishes. professionalism 10/10

I am typically adamant about selling my home by owner however, I am so grateful for Kevin! He was an expert in the area and helped us sell our home during an extremely challenging market! He was responsive and was a pleasure to work with! Hiring him as our agent was our best decision. I highly recommend!

Kevin was absolutely the best real estate agent that I have ever dealings with. He was only agent that responded to our inquiry, and glad it was him. He made time to allow us to tour every home we were interested in, on our tight schedule. He also did virtual tours on the homes that we could not physically get to, which one of them ended up being the home we purchased. He was always available to take our calls and answer our questions. Kevin was with us every step of the way.

I would give him 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Kevin!!

Kevin is highly knowledgeable about the many different facets of home buying and selling. He is a resource of information and is very familiar with the Magic Valley area. If he doesn’t know the answer, he seeks it out. In addition to his professionalism and knowledge, he is simply pleasant to be around. I’m pretty sure to this day my kiddo thinks he’s actually related to us because of how friendly he is and how much he made himself available throughout the real estate experience. We are so happy with our new home!
