Kevin Gouchenouer

Kevin has been in Real Estate serving the Effingham and surrounding communities since 2004. His wife, Connie, and he took ownership of Century 21 Realty Concepts in Effingham in 2006. They opened their second location in Altamont, IL in 2008. As a full service real estate brokerage, their vision is to be the most preferred real estate company in South/Central Illinois as they continue to focus their attention on life's Golden Rule - treating their customers and clients as they would like to be treated. He has been committed to service on a national, regional, and local level, which includes a 20 year career in the Marine Corps, past Chairman of the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Central Illinois Board of Realtors, and past President of the St. Louis Broker Council. Currently, he is a member of the Effingham Sunrise Rotary, committee member for the Illinois Association of Realtors, and an Effingham County Chamber Ambassador. His mission is to ensure the client's experience with them exceeds their expectations as they help in making the client's real estate dreams become a reality.
