There is so much to say in this review!
My family and I highly recommend choosing Kevin Henderson First New England Real Estate when you decide to sell your home. He is honest and professional with decades of real estate experience. Kevin worked with us for four months before listing our house in Wilmot NH. He informed us what repairs were needed and why. Then through his contacts he arranged to have those items accomplished at a very reasonable price. Meanwhile, Kevin put us in contact with a Silver Creek Real Estate agent in Boise Idaho to work with. Once the repairs were done Kevin arranged to have our house inspection done in advance. Kevin has always been available to answer any questions or concerns by phone, text or email keeping in touch with us. He also would frequently visit us at home to discuss any concerns and options. This was always done on a appointment basis. Our house was sold within 30 days. Kevin also set us up with a local moving company for an quote appointment and shipment scheduling
Paperwork! Kevin took care of everything even representing us at the closing by power of attorney. We have been in our new home in Idaho for over a month now and Kevin still keeps in touch with us asking if everything is okay.

I have known Kevin Henderson professionally for 25 years and during that time I have used him as a consultant on various real estate questions and problems I and my colleagues have encountered. I have never been involved in an actual purchase involving Kevin primarily because I have not purchased or sold a property in his coverage area in the Sunapee / New London region of New Hampshire. He has consistently been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and he has gone out of his way to be helpful. Overall A+++ - you can't go wrong with Kevin Henderson.
