I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Kendrick recently on the purchase of our new home in Lake Nona, a beautiful area near Orlando, FL. Kevin was referred to me through a local contact as I was living in WI at the time of the search. Kevin was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with in 25 years of owning a home. He is incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable of the area as he has grown up in the area. His responsiveness to questions and issues is incredibly quick, even during a very busy time in real estate. I have email responses from him as early as 5:00 am and as late as 10:00 pm. He truly cares about the clients he represents and handled every challenge along the way with professionalism and dedication. Kevin has also been an incredible resource as my family and I are new to the area. He has a comprehensive list of people and organizations through relationships he has developed to make our transition seamless. I live in Georgia and have multiple rental properties in Northlake Park at Lake Nona. I was contacted by many agents who offered me their services. I selected Kevin after speaking with him over the phone. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. The first listing I gave to Kevin received an offer before it even hit the market. Kevin had put the word out to his network of buyers and agents in the area. The sale closed quickly and easily at a price that I feel was exactly what the property was worth. I will definitely be using Kevin again when the time comes to sell my remaining properties.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with all that you do for the lake nona area. From promoting businesses, bringing breakfast to teachers and staff at the local schools, all the events you and your team host throughout the year and so many other things. You are indeed the kindest person when it comes to thinking of others. You have a full time job running a real estate company, selling and buying homes for your clients and yet you still keep lake Nona going. I always look forward to see “Whats next with Kevin”. I would love to volunteer my time and help out when your doing another function, whether it’s at the schools or the other annual events you host.
