Kevin moved to Vail after graduating from Longwood University in Virginia over 20 years ago when a ski trip after college had him fall in love with the welcoming people of Vail along with the landscape and lifestyle. Since then, he’s built a life deeply integrated in the community and growth the valley has seen over the last 2 decades. Kevin is an Eagle Scout, earning it at the young age of 15, where he was instilled with the qualities of trust, loyalty, reliability and integrity.

From the beginning of his real estate career, Kevin has always placed high priority on doing the work to be an expert in his industry possessing the following realtor accreditations: VAIL PRO designation, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and Energy Educated Realtor®. Kevin has served as the Chair on both the Vail Board of Realtors® and the Vail MLS Board of Directors.
