Highly recommend. Kevin made our experience, one- that could have been quite stressful, a pleasure. He managed the sale of my mothers home and things could really not have gone smoother. I would have guessed, due to his great advice and thoroughness that he'd been in the business for 30 years. He was professional, went above and beyond on coordination of some things, gave wise advice, was kind, fair and patient.

Kevin was our agent for the sale of my mother's home, in which she had lived for many years. Kevin's calm demeanor was appreciated during a stressful time. I initially met Kevin as a contact through one of my online real estate investor forums. In the beginning it was simply a hey, we might be interested in investing in the Branson area. But because of his dillegence in paying attention to the area we were looking, he found us an off market deal that was too good to pass up and it has been a homerun for us. Kevin and his wife did a virtual walkthrough with us after our offer was accepted and as an out of town investor, has not only become our realtor, but a good friend as well.
