Kevin was raised in Commack & graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking & Finance. Kevin’s education & work experience in the financial markets has afforded him the expertise to assess the current market value and understand its fluctuations. Using these keen skills, he’s proficient at pricing strategies, thereby getting his clients the best attainable price in the shortest time and with the least inconvenience.
Being a lifelong resident of Long Island, he is well-versed in brokering deals with buyers and sellers in Nassau, from the Gold Coast Communities of the North Shore to the South Shore Communities fronting the Atlantic Ocean. He offers a unique familiarity with Western Suffolk and Eastern Queens.
Kevin also volunteers his time in various member and leadership positions: he most recently served as the 2024 President Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), was the 2020 LIBOR "Broker of the Year" and was ranked 166th out of over 60,000 New York State agents for sales production, and 2013 President, Multiple Listing Service of Long Island (now known as OneKey MLS), including organizations: LIBOR, NYSAR, NAR, Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce, Condominium & Cooperative Boards, and National Networking Chapters.
