Kevin was fantastic helping me sell an investment property. I had an issue with the tenant and Kevin stuck with me through it for almost a year and even helped coordinate maintenance and cleaning of the property. While I found myself in likely the most competitive real estate market in CNY history (when buying my first house) I definitely lucked out having Kevin as my agent. It took almost four months of visiting house after house and being out-bid to find the absolute perfect fit and Kevin had nothing but patience and level-headed advice for me throughout the process. We met Kevin on a whim while starting the hunt for a new a house. The market was hot and not as laid back as 12 years ago when we bought our first home with someone else. New requirements had to be met to even walk in the door and Kevin provided all of the info; if he didn't have an answer he would seek out and close the loop.
Your first impression will be a professional, who listens and takes interest in your wants and needs. He will learn where you are coming from and where you want to be.
Kevin worked with us to get our little piece of paradise out in the country and then turned around and got our Liverpool house sold on opening weekend for a healthy amount above asking. His photo guy is amazing too!
