Kevin M. Burke, J.D., is a Broker Associate with Burke Real Estate Consultants, Inc., a Real Estate Consulting Firm in San Diego, California! That practice is devoted to Broker/Agent Support, and Expert Witness Testimony on various real estate related matters.

Kevin holds a Juris Doctorate and receives the American Jurisprudence Award in law school. Kevin has considerable trial experience testifying as an Expert Witness on the Standard of Care of Real Estate Agents, as well as Disclosure obligations of Sellers and Agents in real estate transactions. Kevin is currently the Immediate Past President of the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors, the seventh largest local real estate association in the United States!

A Real Estate Licensee since 1979, Kevin teaches every tool of the industry needed by new, and veteran, Realtors. Kevin also teaches Real Property Law (MCLE Continuing Education for Attorneys), and has taught Real Estate Practice, Sales and Marketing for the Real Estate Professional, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Principles, and Property Management at various Colleges throughout California.

Kevin created and was the Master of Ceremonies for the largest Realtor Networking Pitch Session for the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors in Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Solana Beach, and San Diego for over seventeen years.
