About Kevin

Kevin grew up in Chicago and attended college in Iowa. Shortly after graduation, he relocated to San Francisco where he lived for 5 years. In 2006, he moved to Portland and immediately knew he had found home. Now, taking advantage of the skills he honed during an extensive career in retail management, his goal is to help his clients find a home they will love as much as he loves his.

As a broker clients can expect timely communication, active listening, and excellent negotiation skills. He strives to make complex transactions simple. He is forward thinking in his use of technology to best assist his clients. He is hard working, and he does what he says. He has a very calm demeanor and readily puts people at ease. His goal is to make every transaction as enjoyable as possible.

Additionally, he has a background in interior design, which comes in handy when working with sellers – he uses his professional eye and design skills to help prep a home to appeal to more buyers at top dollar. Being a homebuyer and seller himself, he can relate to how complex transactions can be. With many of his moves being cross-country, he has firsthand experience with this stressful process. His top priorities are to keep clients informed along the buying/ selling process, anticipate roadblocks and to seek out solutions.

Outside of work, he loves exploring the many different neighborhoods in this vibrant and very livable city and sampling the amazing variety of culinary delights it has to offer. (Yes, he loves to eat!). Knowing the city helps him find the right home for his clients. And he will work diligently to make their real estate dreams come true.
