Kevin Meyer got his real estate license in 2010, and before working as a broker, he was a real estate marketing manager. This experience meant he was able to transition into the broker role more seamlessly, as he had already amassed a deep understanding of what could and should be done when marketing listed homes and finding homes for buyers.
Based out of John L Scott's Bellevue Issaquah office, Kevin specializes in residential real estate, single-family homes, condominiums, and townhomes in King County. He assists a wide range of clients, including first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, move-down buyers, home sellers and those looking to relocate to or from the area. Kevin is passionate about helping clients find whatever it is that will best suit their needs, and takes a full-service approach, which includes constant contact and open availability, meet-ups, and walk-throughs of homes, as necessary.
Kevin knows that buying or selling a home can be stressful and is laser-focused on reducing stress throughout the process. His easygoing, low pressure and positive approach is highly appreciated by his clients. Due to Kevin’s past work in real estate marketing, he brings a well-rounded marketing approach to every listing, which includes social media, early kick-off open houses, professional fliers/postcards and in-person meetings.

Kevin leads an active life outside of work, enjoying activities including hiking, biking, soccer, basketball, watching Seattle sports and spending time with his family.
