Kevin Moran

Kevin has served real estate clients of Stratton, Manchester, Dorset, and Mountain towns of Vermont since 1998. He has been involved in many facets of the real estate industry over the years leading to his extensive knowledge of Vermont's diverse marketplace, whether a slope-side getaway, cabin in the woods, or country estate. With a strong appreciation for community and the ability to connect clients to their ideal property he has been able to productively procure the goals of discriminating buyers and sellers year after year. He is the Associate Broker of Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, Stratton Office. He is a partner of The Vermont Sales Group, a real estate team that recognizes real estate is more than four walls: it is a lifestyle.

Kevin grew up in Old Saybrook Connecticut where he gained a love and appreciation for the outdoors. When not on the Soccer field, he could be found sailing out of the Essex Yacht Club where he competed in the Spring/Fall Off Soundings, Block Island Race Week, and the National Offshore One Design Regatta.

Kevin graduated from Green Mountain College with a degree in Leisure Resource Facilities Management. He was a member of the Men's Soccer Team and made appearances in the NAIA National Tournament in 1991 and 1992.

He lives in Manchester with his wife Deborah and their son, Kelly Patrick. When not in the office or with his family he's Burr & Burton Varsity Girls Soccer Assistant Coach, Castleton State College Women's Soccer Goalkeeper Coach and SVM Fusion Soccer Club Goalkeeper Coach.
