About Kevin

Kevin was destined for the real estate business as a teenager, persuading his mother to drive him to open houses when he was too young to drive himself. His parents taught him to work hard and instilled in him a "never give up" attitude. He used those lessons to become captain of his basketball team, helping to lead them to a state championship his senior year, and learning the value of teamwork along the way. Experiencing his father’s death at the age of twenty taught him the importance of being prepared in life for unexpected events and for the need to have calmness when difficult events happen.

He studied Finance at James Madison University, and of course, concentrated in Real Estate. He gained his real estate license at twenty-three, his real estate appraiser's license at twenty-six. He is recognized by Realtors and local court systems as an expert on property values in Central Virginia.

His extensive depth of knowledge in all facets of real estate has proven to be invaluable to his clients and customers. His past experience with successful teamwork led him to see the value of having a licensed assistant to help manage the unpredictability of the transaction, overflow of client needs, and the ever-changing dynamics of the business. He genuinely cares and wants to have influence in the lives of his clients!
