Kevin is a spectacular agent with a superb grasp of the real estate business as well as a deep knowledge of the lending / financing field and building / renovation. He was very forthcoming with information and was highly instrumental in helping us navigate many potential pitfalls. We loved having his assistance and relied heavily on him and his judgment as we were in another state. We love our new home and cannot thank Kevin enough for his exceptional service!!!

This was a great experience. Kevin was very accommodating due to my father being in China and it was his house that was being sold. He also worked around my schedule as well with the pandemic going on I work from home so he scheduled showings when I was not working. Kevin made the whole process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend using Kevin to my friends and for myself and family in the future.

After my wife and I bought an auction home in Strasburg we began working with realtor Kevin Smith.

Because of his vast knowledge of home construction and real estate, Kevin not only guided us in current real estate trends (popular paint colors, flooring, etc), but he also quickly moved our home into the market as we made all of the finishing touches.

A home I thought might take at least two to three months to sell received an offer within two weeks after Kevin listed the property. Again his knowledge of the local market, visual presentation of the home's interior and exterior, and contacts in the real estate industry moved us swiftly through the process of selling our home.
