From start to finish, we could not have been happier with the service Kevin provided. We were selling a modest vacant building lot—not the most lucrative deal—but all through the process, we felt we had as much of Kevin's attention as if we were selling a home for seven figures. When we decided to clear the land before putting it on the market, Kevin not only provided references for a couple of landscaping companies but even got the quotes for us. He responded quickly to our (many!) questions, and he kept us well informed each step of the way. At closing, we even heard him offer to help the buyers navigate the process of updating their tax information when they eventually finish building.

It's evident that for Kevin, being a real estate agent is about so much more than making a commission and moving on to the next deal. He clearly cares about the community he's a part of, and he truly gives his clients with top-notch service. Five stars.

We recently used Kevin for the purchase of a lot for future construction. This is our first time building a home and Kevin ensured every step of the process was explained and went smoothly. Kevin showed up for lot testings and meetings with the builder to offer any knowledge he could to clarify what was happening and what else would need to be done. Being from out of state, Kevin provided a great list of recommendations for services, and each of them were great to work with as well. I really hope this is the last real estate transaction we need to go through, but if not I will contact Kevin again.
