We met Kevin by chance while exploring St Armand’s circle in early October where he was manning that office location. We were interested in acquiring a vacation condo in the Sarasota area and within 24 hours we had several listings to choose from and showings the very next day. We chose one and Kevin assisted us expertly through all of the steps until closing. He even attended both walk through appointments since this was new construction. What impressed us most though was his sincerity and accessibility, always quickly responding to any of our questions. He also readily made himself available to assist us as since this is a second home, as our primary residence is in WI. Kevin kindly spoke at the end of our experience with him that one of his main goals in working with his clients is to get acquainted with them enough that they become new friends.
