We would recommend Kevin both as a buyer's agent as well as a seller's agent. We chose Kevin Vetter because he helped sell our home at a better than asked for price. It was a good move and he helped us to buy a new house that was, in the words of Linda, My dream house. As you can see Kev more that met our expectations. He was through and followed through. Made sure that all the paperwork was in order. Kevin helped us in the selling of our previous home, and the pre-construction purchase of our current home. We asked Kevin to sell our previous residence without a For Sale sign. He did so, in ONE DAY, and for the ASKING PRICE. He then assisted us w/the 2-day camp out, for the contract for our new home.
