We had quite a long search looking for a particular property, and he stayed patient with us throughout. He continually followed up with new listings, was aggressive in contacting sellers (even a property that wasn't even listed at the time!), and set up appointments that I wouldn't normally say were part of his typical job description. Where to start??? Dude knows real estate and brings the love! Our house buying and selling journey began with Kevin when I unknowingly clicked on his ad when expressing interest in viewing a house. My husband and I had just begun poking around at available listings and were in the early stages of thinking about a move. We immediately clicked with Kevin due to his ability to just be normal - no canned realtor pushiness, honest and straightforward talk about the process without confusing jargon, a true conversation about our wants and goals. It was clear immediately that he knows the deal when it comes to all things real estate and is well versed in home building as well, a total bonus as we (annoyingly!) agonized over which house was right for us. Beyond patient with us, we decided quickly that Kevin would be our realtor both for the buying and selling aspects and never looked back. First, Kevin works NON- STOP. Absolutely believe that his response time is unparalleled. I am a self-admitted control freak with no patience, and LOVED the fact that there was no wait time with Kevin, ever, no matter the time of day. At many points of the process, Kevin brought the sanity and laughter that we otherwise would have been missing. Secondly, his #1 priority is your happiness, goes above and beyond to prove it, and doesn't skip a beat when the pressure is on. No matter the topic or challenge, Kevin will either know the answer or figure it out fast. The selling of our older home was stress-filled with every turn, and Kevin kept me (and even my hot-headed husband!) focused and calm all while simultaneously dealing with a very difficult realtor and nervous-nelly homebuyers on the other side of the sale.
