Kevin Wilgenbusch was my agent for the purchase of my recently bought new home. Kevin Wilgenbusch is a top-notch real estate agent in that he does everything possible to make the process of buying or selling a home easy and seamless. He is a seasoned agent with lots of experience and talent. Kevin explains everything from start to finish so there are no surprises. He is a very positive person so he puts nervous buyers like me at ease. My daughter used Kevin for her home purchase last year and she very happy with Kevin as her agent as well. Kevin is a man of his word and follows through with what he says. I am looking foreword to having Kevin sell my townhome in the very near future. I strongly recommend Kevin as everyone’s real estate agent!
****UPDATE: Kevin Wilgenbush was my real estate agent for the sale of my townhome!! Kevin was very hands on throughout the process. He got the best price and conditions for me as the seller. It was a multiple offer situation and Kevin juggled it all like a master! He is excellent at communication and I recommend him very highly. It was a fast turn around time from the time of putting my townhome on the market to the sale. So I can attest that Kevin is fantastic in both roles, agent for buyer and agent for seller. I would not consider anyone else to handle my real estate transactions! You can’t go wrong with Kevin Wilgenbush as your real estate agent!

Kevin is an outstanding realtor and extremely nice to work with. We were in a competitive bid situation for the home we wanted and Kevin gave us excellent guidance to get our contract accepted. He's also very knowledgeable about construction and homes in general, so that was very helpful during the inspection phase of our purchase. He's very friendly, extremely responsive and does exactly what he says he will do. You really couldn't ask for more. Highest recommendation A+++!

Kevin was very knowledgable and helpful with my sales contract as well as at my closing. He was especially helpful at my closing when he recognized two egregious errors made by my bank mortgage representative that could have prevented my closing as scheduled. His knowledge and experience combined with the title company's efforts saved the day when they were able to make arrangements with the bank to correct the errors and successfully complete the closing. I very much appreciate his efforts and knowledge and highly recommend Kevin for real estate transactions.
