I’m Keziah, your VA Loan Expert servicing both Beaufort and Jasper counties in South Carolina’s Lowcountry. I was active duty Navy serving as a hospital corpsman for nine years, I recently transitioned into the reserves. While at my last duty station: MCRD Parris Island, I started working as a realtor. During that time, I discovered that a lot of my fellow service members and veterans did not have full knowledge of how to use and maximize the VA loan. Many were shocked to learn that I bought my first property as an E3 stationed in Monterey, CA and purchased a home at every duty station possible. I have made it my mission to educate the military community about this benefit and how to get the most out of it. I help service members both past and present buy their first or 15th property, I show them how to use the VA loan as an investment vehicle to build their real estate portfolio.
