Khaliyah is wonderful realitor. She was very professional during the whole sell process of my old house. Kept me informed when changes happened to the timeline. She also game planned the sale so it went smooth from beginning to end. When it came to accepting an offer, she took the time to breakdown each one. This made deciding on the right offer to accept easy. I strongly recommend her and her team. Would definetly use her again.

Khaliya is absolutely awesome! I can’t say enough nice things about her. My husband and I have worked with Khaliya several times. She assisted us with purchasing land, selling our home, purchasing our dream home, and now selling more property. She is very knowledgeable and professional. There was never a time she could not answer our questions or address our needs, and she always responded to our calls in a very timely manner. Although she had other clients, she worked with us as if we were her only client and ensured everything was completed for us on time. We will always use Khaliya as our realtor and highly recommend her!
