About Khristian

Born and raised in Indiana, Khristian spent a lot of time working with his grandfather. Assisting with building his homes and working on his investment properties and this is truly where Khristian’s love for real estate began. Shortly after High School, him, and his soon-to-be wife, decided to pack their cars and move to West Palm Beach, Florida.

They welcomed their daughter in Florida and moved numerous times which eventually led them to Fort Myers, Florida. Shortly after moving to Fort Myers, they were given the opportunity to be relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. They decided that the middle Tennessee area was where they wanted to plant their roots. They welcomed their son shortly after and have moved a few times since living here in Tennessee.

If anyone knows what it is like to move, it is Khristian. He knows what it is like to purchase your first home, stage that one to sell, purchase your next one, and even all the struggles of doing it with a family. He can assure you that you won't find a better family than theirs to take care of yours.

Khristian is fantastic! He's kind, patient, and goes above and beyond! We moved from Long Island, NY to the Nashville area. Being in another state than where you're buying has a lot of challenges. Any issue that came up: a home inspection appt, delays by the lender, difficulty finding reasonable HOI, and even a Sellers' realtor who was just horrible to deal with, Khristian was right there with a solution.
