I truly wish we could give Keiran 10000 stars! We met Keiran at an open house and knew he was our guy! From the first time we sat at our kitchen table and talked about the possibilies ,to the move in date of our dream home , he was there. He always made himself available, calmed us when we got nervous, and made the process a huge success. We definately will continue to recommend him to friends and family. Not only was he kind, funny, professional , hardworking , knowledgable he became a friend that we trusted 100%. We can not thank him enough for making all of this possible for us ! As a first time home buyer I was a bit intimidated going into this process, but Kieran was very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. He set my mind at ease and even made house-hunting fun. Kieran was a delight to work with and helped us find the perfect home in a tough market. Our experience with Kieran was the best I've ever had. His communication throughout the process, knowledge about comp houses in the area, and professionalism was outstanding. I have bought several houses and no other realtor has provided the attention like he did, nor has any other been so detail oriented. We interviewed 4 other Realtor Agencies. Reviewed their information and found Kieran Houlahan from RE/MAX Advantage Plus was prepared for our initial meeting. Was prepared with informational hand outs as well as detailed explanations to our questions.
Kieran gave us advice when it came to searching for our new home in another State. He also gave us an agent contact who would help in that search.
There were few issues that occurred and Kieran was the first number we called to coordinate a quick resolution.
I have given Kierans name and contact information to friends and family. I would highly recommend Kieran Houlahan as I found him an excellent Agent.

Kieran Houlahan is top notch!
Our journey over the last 12 months (selling, and building a new home) was not an easy one. There were hurdles and road blocks thrown up at us every time we turned around and Kieran kept us calm and kept us focused on the end goal, which is exactly what we needed.

His knowledge of the industry, professionalism, and all around character have been a blessing to us. I cannot say enough great things about him. We came across him by chance at the beginning of the pandemic in March of 2019. We looked at many homes throughout the twin cities (Wyoming to Farmington and everything in between) and nothing really felt "perfect" for us. I always dreamt of building a home but never thought it was possible and now I am typing this review while sitting at my kitchen table in our brand new custom built home! We owe it to Kieran for sticking with us and supporting us every step of the way.

I have already told everyone I know how wonderful he has been for us, and now I want to tell everyone that I don't know...
If you are looking for a real estate agent who knows his stuff and is just hands down a great guy to be around... THIS IS YOUR MAN!

No jokes about it, I am actually sad that our journey with Kieran as an agent is over, but the friendship that we built is just beginning! Cheers mate! Thank you!

I was VERY impressed by how diligently he stayed on as my Realtor!!! He ran into ALL kinds of issues and if he didn't know the answer he found the answers!!! He kept saying to me hang in there!!! I was loosing faith, but he stayed on it!!! The end result was I was able to get the house at the end!!!

My husband and I have had realtors in the past that had been unresponsive and unable to explain the process and both of us were first time homebuyers with little experience. Kieran when above and beyond to see that we not only knew the information on each house we looked at including helping us spot potential issues and explaining all questions we had, but his response times were awesome, and never once did he push us towards something we weren’t interested in, if it didn’t have that wow factor, we were on to the next one.
