We met Kieran over the summer and sat down with him to discuss our vision about selling our house. He asked about the house, neighborhood, and what our target price was. We then did a walkthrough of the house and he was very thourough. He told us about his company and his process that was true and tried to get results. He gave us a price he could guarantee he would get and then a stretch price if everything worked as planned. We agreed to move forward with Kieran. The pictures on our listing when we first saw them blew us away. They were outstanding. Long story short , Kieran sold our house in 3 weeks, and hit the top stretch goal price we set. We got a substantially higher sale price than all other agent's told us we would get. We feel great about our sales price. Kieran did a great job getting us the best possible sale price we could get. If you are selling your house and looking to get the highest sale price you can get , i would not hesitate using Kieran and his company!

I’m still in disbelief he was able to say yes, when everyone else said no. He was a gentleman first, always. He was professional and he never stopped working for us. My husband and I had been searching for a home (first-time home buyers) for over a year when, by chance, my parents met Kieran at an open house they were scoping out for us. No sooner did I call Kieran to help us with our house hunt that he found us a home (literally within 2 weeks we had an accepted offer). I’ve known Kieran for a very long time. I asked him if he knew of any houses for rent. Kieran’s response was why rent when you can own a home. My wife and I went to the agency and within minutes we were pre approved. Kieran and his team made the process so easy and smooth. He broke everything down for us and explained everything to the t. When we finally found a house we loved Kieran immediately went to work with the negotiating. Within a few hours our offer was accepted. From there we were in contract within a week or two. My wife and I panicked over something’s but Kieran was always right there to calm us down and let us know everything will work out. Our closing costs were more then we could afford and he was able to work his magic and get them down to where we needed them to be. I would never wanna work with anyone else when buying a house. He literally makes the entire process so easy and so fun. We appreciate everything he did for us. He also buys your a bbq when you close with him!! I’d recommend him a million times over and over again.
