About Kiki

A native of Washington DC, Kiki’s first career was traveling the world for Northwest Airlines. She moved to Minnesota in 1994, working in marketing before turning to high-end real estate for seven years and then returning to her first love, Bethany Beach, in 2009.

Kiki spent her summers in Bethany Beach while she was growing up and even while living in Minnesota, she managed to spend almost two months at the beach in Delaware each year.

Upon joining the real estate scene in Delaware, she formed her own brand, Kiki at the Beach. In her first year, she sold $1 million and subsequently $11 million in the second year. Even with her early growth, when Leslie made an offer for Kiki to join the group, she saw it as a huge opportunity and has made a big impact with The Leslie Kopp Group. Kiki was instrumental to introducing new technology and a greater web presence to the organization.

As a property owner herself in Rehoboth, West Fenwick and South Bethany, Kiki loves that she can offer a personal perspective of these areas to her clients. She has first-hand knowledge of the unique differences of living, owning, and renting in several locations as the beach. As a boat owner, she enjoys offering insight on navigating the waters and the different lifestyles that waterfront locations offer.

An avid runner, and world traveler when she gets a little free time, Kiki is on the water boating or walking her two labs - Max and MinnDE.
