Kim Armstrong

Kim is the managing broker at Gayle Harvey Real Estate, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in the Charlottesville area real estate market. Kim holds multiple real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative - ABR (Accredited Buyer s Representative), Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant - C-CREC, Certified Buyer Representative - CRB (Certified Residential Broker), Certified Residential Broker - CRB, Certified Residential Specialist - CRS, Graduate of Realtors Institute - GRI, Seniors Real Estate Specialist – SRES, and the Green Designation.

She has also been very active in the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors, having been on the board for many years and serving on various committees. Most recently she was the President of the Virginia Women's Council of Realtors. Kim's focus is on the residential sales within the city of Charlottesville and Albemarle County.
