Kim was born and raised in Hanover, VA and currently lives in the area with her family. As a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and having a career in Elementary Education, she has a passion for guiding others and orchestrating details to achieve a goal. Surrounded by family members in the real estate world, and experience in the mortgage industry, Kim was inspired and trained by some of the best in her field.
She currently holds her license with RE/MAX Signature and prides herself on providing her clients with the highest level of service, knowing that communication is key to a smooth real estate transaction. In addition to being a member of multiple professional organizations, she currently holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. She is the 2019 Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) Virginia State President, and was awarded 2017 Virginia Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) of the Year.
Kim is an enthusiastic member of the community. She is a member of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce, on the Ronald McDonald House Charities Junior Board, and donates a portion of every commission to Children's Miracle Network. In her spare time, she coaches running teams for Sports Backers and enjoys traveling and staying active with her family.
