About Kim

Kim grew up in the Fox Valley, but moved away after graduating high school. She attended the University of Madison with studies in Electrical Engineering. Preceding her career as a real estate agent she was a Mary Kay Sales Director and A member of the prestigious Court of Sales, the adult fitness director for the Rochester YMCA and then became the Director of Human Resources for Charter Communications. After discovering her path in real estate she grew a top producing team then became the CEO of two mega Keller Williams offices and a General Manager/Owner of four mega offices in the Twin Cities area. She decided to return home to the Fox Valley be closer to her family and friends. Since then she has fallen in love with the Fox Valley and all it has to offer including the parks, PAC, and the restaurant scene.

Brian Batterman has a B.A. in Finance, an Associates in Electronic Engineering and is a graduate of Center for Creative Leadership. Brian has over 25 years of experience in process engineering and re-engineering, financial planning, supply chain management, global sourcing, and implementation of standardized enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Brian’s expertise in process and systems brings a high level of efficient standards in operations to the Batterman Integrity Group. His continuous study and understanding of the real estate market, as well as his experience in business planning and operations make him a great resource to clients and colleagues. Brian is continuously mastering the skills necessary for active engagement in the highest levels of leadership and teaching others how to do the same. He feels a sense of purpose by helping others master these skills.

In his spare time Brian likes to cook, EVERYTHING. His favorite cuisines are Italian, Mediterranean, Greek, and Asian. He is an outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as riding on his ATV.
