Kim Bragg

Kim began her real estate career in 1994 after working as an interior designer immediately following her graduation from the University of Georgia. Working as a designer during the building boom of the late 80s lead her to seek a career in real estate. Kim obtained her license in 1994 and her broker's license in 1998. In 2004, she decided to start her own brokerage firm, managing a few rental properties and assisting buyer's and seller's. Today her firm has grown to manage more than 200 single-family properties and 85 Community Associations. Kim is also a direct broker for Fannie Mae resales and works with other REO companies--LRES, Hudson Homes, and Regions Bank. During 2022 Fannie Mae wanted to complete 60 new construction projects throughout the U.S. and she was given 2 of those 60 projects to complete.

Locally, Kim was honored by her peers as the 2016 and 2020 REALTOR OF THE YEAR for the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors and received the Giving Your Best award from News Channel 6 for her involvement in the Augusta Community. She served as President of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors in 2020. Kim is also active in the State Realtor organization and has serviced a Chair and member of many committees, most recently as Chairman of the Legal Action committee in 2022 and Chair of the RPAC committee in 2023 and 2024. She currently serves as Director for the National Association of REALTORS.
