Having spent over 20 years being involved in the Luxury New Home Building Industry, Kim is confident that she has the skills and the sensitivity that are necessary during this process. She loves her home and her life in Traverse City and she is here to help others have that same experience.

Kim has been involved in the Real Estate Industry in some capacity since 1985, most recently with her husband's Luxury Home Building Company in Florida where she took part in the Marketing, Quality Control of the finished product as well as decorating. She was also involved in the Retail Industry having owned a girls clothing boutique with multiple locations in Pinellas County, Florida prior to relocating to Traverse City in 2012.

Kim loves to spend time with her family on outdoor adventures, it's an adventure just about every time they leave their house! She enjoys boating, rollerblading, Pilates, scrapbooking, nice restaurants with her husband & friends, travel and shell collecting on a warm & sunny beach!
