Kim Croft

Kim has dedicated well over a decade to guiding clients through selling and purchasing homes and land. In addition, she has served her industry by being the Atascadero Board of Realtor President, and State Director and has been chosen by her constituents as Realtor of the Year. Kim has served on the Chamber of Commerce Board, Chair of Women in Business, and various other committees.

Kim has extensive market knowledge and unmatched devotion to her clients. Her success is based exclusively on positive referrals. She has unmatched communication skills and works tirelessly on her client’s behalf. Having lived in San Luis Obispo County since 1977, Kim has extensive knowledge and a genuine, deep love of the communities she serves. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the beautiful central coast, kayaking, riding her Clydesdale horses, and, of course, enjoying our wine region's finer aspects and culture!
