She has been a realtor since 2006 specializing in residential real estate for Litchfield County and the Farmington Valley. She is married to her husband Bobby and has two adult children.

Kim is a member of Greater Hartford Association of Realtors Litchfield Chapter, President 2016. She is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and serves as a Director and a member of the National Association of Realtors. She has received the Platinum Award for 2020 and 2021 from William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty.
