Kim was great helping my girlfriend and I just with her amazing tip’s because we aren’t in the housing market yet we are just looking to rent and Kim was like you shouldn’t live out of your means get something smaller and not best save the money you were going spend extra on better apartment for a better future investment we found a place in the lowered budget Kim recommended and now we moving in there and will be on the road to saving for a life we want in the years to come

Kim was amazing she took the time to explain every thing . She promised to market our house that is what she did and it sold right away and there are others still sitting looking for a buyer months later. She had our back at all times and when we were trying to finish cleaning and packing she rolled her sleeves up and helped us. Kim is now always family/friend .

When my husband and I first started looking for houses we didn't know what to expect. We spoke to several agents but had a feeling they were not looking out for our best interest. Then, by a stroke of luck, we were introduced to Kim Dawson.
When we first met kim, she was super nice and friendly and worked with us to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions and advice when we were usure of things that were important when looking to buy a house, especially in this current home buying environment.
She immediately took an interest in wanting to know what our needs and desires were for a home, and set about to begin the search for our dream home within budget.
She went to bat for us in situations where we were dealing with lenders and attorneys that didn't have our best interest at heart, we always felt that she had our back.
Our experience with Kim went above and beyond our expectations and we genuinely feel that we have made a new friend.
We would definitely recommend Kim to anyone who is looking for an agent who is professional, dedicated, helpful, and friendly. In our opinion, she's the best in the business.

Kim was an outstanding agent. There isn’t anything we could have wanted that she didn’t fulfill. She was in constant contact and always alerted us to showings with plenty of time to prepare. She gave us great referrals for services we were in need of to complete our sale. I would recommend and have to anyone thinking of selling or buying. In all honesty Kim wasn’t just a top notch agent but a wonderful person.

Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family. Kim Dawson was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. Kim Dawson is the best!
