Kim was our realtor for our very first home purchase! Not only was she phenomenal and patient, but she closed our deal in less than 28 days in an absolutely insane market! I called and texted her at all hours and she answered me within minutes every single time. We saw QUITE a few homes and in the end, found the perfect one for us. I would use Kim again and again, as well as her lender, MaryLynn at Community Mortgage! The two are a EXCELLENT DUO!!

I can’t say enough good things about Kim Dontje! My sister and I were faced with the difficult process of selling our beloved childhood home after our mom passed away, and Kim became our shining light during a very dark time. I live out of state and my sister has a very demanding job. Kim helped facilitate the MANY repairs that had to be done and was able to secure an offer on the home before it had even been listed. She made the entire process easy and got us a better sale price than we thought possible. I can’t recommend Kim enough. She is a dazzling, smart, thorough professional and we loved working with her!

We were trying to buy our first house in a 'seller's market' so it took many showings, offers, and disappointment and I was worried about Kim having to drive all over the state to help us find a home. She never stopped finding us new houses to look at, was always available when we needed her, and helped us stay encouraged through this stressful process. Kim Dontje is our real estate agent for a house we recently put on the market. From the first time I talked to her I appreciated her patience with all the questions I had for her. She listened and responded with very thorough and complete answers even if everything wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. Kim is exceptional! I was a first time homebuyer, with no idea how any of the buying processes worked. I was completely overwhelmed before I even started. Kim patiently and knowledgeably answered all my questions. She understood my wants and needs. And I have happily been in my home for almost 3 years!
