As it is with all things in life, the real estate market ebbs and flows. The most important aspect, regardless of the state of the market, is that you make decisions which are most advantageous for you and your family.

It is very important for me to be cognizant of my client’s current buying power and what that means for their monthly, financial obligations. It is my duty to assess all aspects of a real estate transaction to ensure my clients are making financially sound decisions. In regard to marketing and listing homes for sale, it is my goal to help my clients net the most amount of money, while educating them on how to make that happen. Being a Seller Representative Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor has furthered my education to take into consideration the current market conditions, local inventory & features of a home when determining its fair market value.

The average time on the market for all of my listings last year was 6 days! The list to sale price ratio for my listings last year was 102%. The extensive marketing, I have at my fingertips at Coldwell Banker is hands down the best in the industry and I will show you why.
