Kim Gromatzky

Kim Gromatzky, a UT Austin graduate, has been a top producer since she entered the residential real estate field in Dallas in 2007. Prior to joining Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, she spent more than 20 years in commercial real estate, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield. Her clients appreciate the remarkable negotiating skills she developed as a national corporate tenant representative/broker. In addition to being a Top 10 Producer in 2009, 2011, 2013, and 2015-2020, Kim actively supports Equest, Austin Street Center, National Audubon Center, Dallas Arboretum, Hope Cottage, Tahoe Fund, and anything to do with her hometown of Lake Tahoe. She enjoys CrossFit, Spartan races, flamenco guitar, and songwriting. The Gromatzkys want to see the world and have traveled to New Zealand, Africa, South America, Canada, Mexico, and Europe... so far!
